(GENERAL COMMERCIAL REGISTER)<\/li>\n<li>A detailed document range indicating the current representation of the company in exact copies from GEMI.<\/li>\n<li>A certificate from the relevant GEMI indicating all amendments to the articles of association issued no later than three (3) months before the deadline for submission of tenders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Public Services<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The supporting documents are the same as those of S.A.s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Public Schools<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>School Committee Establishment Gazette, School Committee decision to connect the school building directly with the gas network and authorisation of a third natural person, other than the chairman of the school committee, to sign the gas supply contract.<\/li>\n<li>In case the school is owned by the municipality, a decision of the municipal council and the authorisation of a third natural person, other than the mayor, to sign the contract for the connection of the gas supply system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Nonprofit organizations- Associations &#8211; Clubs<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The supporting documents are the same as those for public bodies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Holy Church<\/h2>\n<p>It is a Legal Entity of Public Law and is governed by its Ecclesiastical Council which usually appoints the Chairman or one of its members as a representative of the Holy Church. In this case, the appointment of the representative and a resolution of the Council is required for the connection or, should it be within the powers of the representative, the declaration, application and appointment of the representative.<\/p>\n<h2>Embassy<\/h2>\n<p>If a foreign state&#8217;s property, the appointment of the person applying, indicating their authority to enter into
