data-contrast=\"none\"><strong>The Company ensures the continuous implementation and compliance with the regulatory framework governing its activities.<\/strong><br \/>\nIn particular,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">pursuant to Law 4001\/2011 &#8220;For the operation of Energy Markets for Electricity and Natural Gas&#8221;, as amended and in force, the Company, holder of a Distribution Network Management License, draws up and implements a Compliance Program, in order to avoid any discriminatory behavior in the exercise of its activities and to ensure compliance with this program.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Following the above and in accordance with Law no. 4001\/2011, as amended and in force, a member of the Company acts as Compliance Officer, monitors the Compliance Programme, prepares and submits to RAE, by the 31st of March of each year, an annual report describing the measures taken by the Company for the compliance and implementation
